From Brussels:
Take the E40 highway east. About 15 miles out of Brussels, take
the unnumbered exit LEUVEN. You are now heading north on the
A2/E314. Do not turn to Leuven itself, but stay on the A2/E314,
continuing in the direction of Genk and Hasselt. After about
2.5 miles, take exit 17, WINKSELE. At the T-crossing, turn left
(west), onto the "Brusselsesteenweg". When you see
BMW and Nissan garages on your right, there's a short upward
slope. Slow down, for #136 is just after the top, the first house
on your right. From Liège: Take the E40 highway west. About 45 miles out of Liège, take the unnumbered exit LEUVEN. From now on, the route is the same as that from Brussels. From Namur: Take the E411 north, until exit 8, WAVRE/LOUVAIN-LA-NEUVE. Turn right, north-north-east, onto the N25, and stay on it, passing through Hamme-Mille, where the N25 turns almost due north. About 4 miles north of Hamme Mille, take the E40 highway west. After 4 miles, take the unnumbered exit LEUVEN. From now on, the route is the same as that from Brussels. |
